Shipping
Catherine May currently ships to the USA and Canada
Shipping is free for orders over $250. For orders under $250, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight. Ground service deliveries typically arrive within 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the shipping date.
Return and refund policy
We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note that refunds are not available at this time.
To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Before returning the item, email us at connect@catherine-may.com to inform us of the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be included with your return package.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable carrier and insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not liable for any lost returns. We reserve the right to deny credits if the returned merchandise does not comply with our return policy. Note that all sale items and special orders are final and cannot be returned. In addition to this, all Apothecary products are final sale.
Damages/Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately at connect@catherine-may.com Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted as soon as you receive your order. We cannot process claims for such issues after 7 days from delivery.
